Design: High-quality RNA was extracted using a RNeasy Plant Mini Kit, followed by DNase I treatment to remove genomic DNA. About 5 g of total RNA was converted to cDNA using the TruSeq mRNA-seq kit from Illumina, and multiplexed cDNA libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq platform
